As a renter, your rights are protected through a rental agreement. You have control over what is stored in your unit. You own the lock and keep the key.

Our facilities are well-lit and solidly constructed. Each storage unit is private, clean, dry and secure.

First, give us a call. We'll provide you with current unit availability and prices, and answer any questions you may have. We'll work hard to meet your storage needs. If you decide to rent from us, we'll ask you to review and sign our rental agreement. For your convenience, we can meet with you at our office, the storage facility, or if time allows, mail the agreement to you.

Your first month's rent, security deposit and lock fee are required when the rental agreement is signed. Payments can be made by cash, check or automatic withdrawl. Be sure to check our website to see if we are running any promotions for new users so you can print our coupons and save even more!
